Trust doesn't arrive through credentials alone.

It builds through tone. Consistency. Being met without judgement.

Therapy here isn't about having the right words. It's about staying present with what's uncomfortable, unfinished, or still forming.

MY STORY

Hi, I'm Aishwarya. I'll be honest writing about myself like this feels a little awkward. I'm far more at ease in conversation, where pauses are allowed and there's no pressure to sound articulate. But choosing a therapist is a vulnerable decision, and you deserve a sense of the person you'd be sitting with.

I grew up in a city full of movement and noise. I was the quieter one. I listened more than I spoke. I noticed things. I felt deeply, often without knowing where to put those feelings. At the time, I didn't know this was work. I just thought I was "like that."

After school, I felt unexpectedly lost. When my brother suggested psychotherapy as a career, saying I had "the personality for it," I trusted that more than any clear plan. Over time, what began as a tentative choice became something unmistakably mine.

I trained first in India with a Master's in Applied Psychology, and later completed my Master's in Counselling in the UK during the COVID-19 pandemic. Living through uncertainty, isolation, and starting over taught me how to sit with discomfort without rushing to fix it.

Many people I see are navigating transitions, identity questions, cross-cultural lives, or relationships that feel complicated and tender. I don't offer quick answers. But I do offer steadiness, curiosity, and a space where nothing about you is "too much."

I've also been in therapy myself for several years. It continues to shape how I meet myself and others, and deepens my respect for the courage it takes to show up to this work.

More than any framework, I believe the relationship itself does the healing.

An abstract painting depicting a bright full moon in a deep blue sky, framed by dark green and black foliage with hints of white, yellow, and light green accents.

I don't promise certainty.

But I do offer care, honesty, and presence. If something here resonates, even quietly, you're welcome to reach out.
