Roles often form quietly over time. Who becomes responsible early, who stays quiet, who holds things together. This work creates space to notice these patterns without blame.

How I work

This work is informed by Bowen’s Family Systems Theory and Transactional Analysis, helping families understand how roles, expectations, and emotional patterns are passed down; so relationships can become less reactive and more intentional.

I can help with

The house that kept stories

The house remembered who adapted first.
Who learned to stay out of the way.
Who carried more than they should have.

No one chose this exactly.
It simply formed.

Therapy allows the house to be entered without accusation.
Rooms are noticed, not judged.
