We take time to understand how your inner world learned to operate the way it does. Many habits, reactions, or beliefs once helped you cope.

Therapy isn’t about getting rid of them quickly, but about understanding them well enough to choose differently.

How I work

Person-centred at the core, meaning you lead and I walk alongside you. I draw from psychodynamic therapy to explore how earlier relationships still shape present feelings, Transactional Analysis to understand inner roles and recurring self-talk, and Internal Family Systems to work with different parts of you as adaptive rather than broken.
